Applications
Induction for a wide range of forging and metalworking applications
Forging, stamping, riveting, heat treatment, melting or brazing: induction heating is suitable for a wide range of operations. Our induction forges, designed for a broad range of applications, are ideally suited to the requirements of blacksmithing and metalworking workshops.
Forging
Hot deformation of bars, tubes and profiles (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) to produce custom-made parts such as grilles, railings and decorative elements.
Hot welding
Joining without adding filler material for metal structures, guardrails or frameworks, with strong and aesthetically pleasing joints.
Localized heating
Targeted repairs or modifications on existing parts, such as repairing old grilles or adjusting complex assemblies.
Hardening and tempering
Heat treatments designed to improve the durability and strength of your parts, such as knives and tools.
Metal melting
Melting brass, steel, bronze or aluminium in crucibles, for example 10 kg of brass in 30 minutes, for the production of cast parts or decorative elements.
Preheating before machining
Facilitates the machining of thick or difficult-to-machine parts, such as metal plates and heavy profiles.

A range for different needs
Two induction forges to meet your needs
We designed the E-TTNA and E-KKLA in collaboration with professionals, applying the same high standards we set for our industrial customers. IS Forge offers two complementary induction forges to meet different metal heating and working needs: the compact and versatile E-TTNA, and the more powerful E-KKLA for larger workpieces.

For small-scale forging and knife making – 7.2 kW
Designed for small-scale metalworking and knife making. Ideal for small to medium-sized projects.

For large-sized parts – 24 kW
Designed for large metalworking parts and high-volume production. Enables the heating of large-sized parts.
The benefits of our induction forges
- Energy efficiency close to 100%
- Heating time at least 5 times faster
- Energy bill reduced by at least 10 times
- No gas or flame required
- No need to manage energy stocks
- Heats only the material, not the workshop
- No external heat generation, therefore no smoke
- Precise and localized heating
- Individual workpiece treatment or small-batch production
- Compact, easily adaptable to machines and job sites
